Well, here's a little about me: I'm a Douglas County native, I attended Beulah Elementary, Stewart Middle, and Lithia Springs High School. My journey continued at Mercer University, where I earned my education degree. Post that, I pursued my Masters at CMU and Specialist at Liberty University.

My teaching adventure kicked off at Bill Arp Elementary, where I dedicated a solid 13 years. Then came the time for change, and Providence beckoned me! In my life outside the classroom, I'm a proud mom to a fantastic 14-year-old who's deeply into sports, keeping me on our toes with racing dirtbikes. Not to forget our energetic Weimaraner, Champ, who keeps the energy high.

Being with kids is my joy, and my classroom is like an extended family. Watching these young minds flourish and evolve is an absolute blessing. I'm a firm believer that every child is uniquely wonderful. Here's to a stellar year as a Kindergarten Teacher in the Amistad House.  This will be a year filled with growth, discovery, and smiles all around!
